DigiCraft: All Inclusive Your Digital Needs

1.

Business Decision and Agreement

a.

I am the decision-maker for the business and have the authority to approve this agreement by clicking "Submit" on this page.

2.

Payment Terms

a.

I will pay 50% of the Setup Fee upfront to iniate the project. The full payment (Setup Fee) will be made just before the website is published.

3.

Billing and Payments

a.

I will receive my frist monthly bill in the first week of the upcoming month after my website and services are published in the current month.

b.

Payments will be made by the 10th of each month following receipt of the bill.

c.

If I fail to make a payment within 5 days from the bill's date, my DigiCraft services may be put on hold.

4.

Refund Policy

a.

I understand that there are no refunds if I change my mind.

5.

Domain Ownership

a.

If I own the domain, I will provide the login details for my domain name server.

6.

Communication

a.

It is my responsibility to promptly respond to emails and calls from DigiCraft for website development assistance.

7.

Domain Registration

a.

If I do not provide my domain name login details within 5 business days, DigiCraft may register a new domain name for website development.

8.

Search Engine Ranking

a.

I acknowledge that DigiCraft cannot control Google search results, and there are no guarantees regarding my business's search engine ranking.

9.

Email Management

a.

I am responsible for managing and maintaining the business's email addresses.

10.

Content Creation

a.

I agree to provide all necessary materials for content creation to DigiCraft.

b.

Social media content will be created after DigiCraft receives all required materials.

11.

Logo Design

a.

I agree to receive a logo design from DigiCraft with the "Simple Design Concept" consisting of 2-3 colors/shapes.

12.

Instagram Followers

a.

I understand that DigiCraft may increase my business's Instagram followers, but there is no guarantee against follower drops.

13.

Working Hours

a.

DigiCraft will work on development and technical support only on business days (Monday-Friday).

14.

Social Media Ads

a.

Silver Package daily ad budget is $3 x 7 days.

b.

Gold Package daily ad budget is $3 x 14 days.

c.

Platinum Package daily ad budget is $5 x 14 days.

d.

Objective of the ad only for Direct Message/WhatsApp.

e.

The ad only is for 1 adset and 1 ad campaign.

15.

Acceptance

a.

By submitting this, I confirm that I have read and agree to DigiCraft's Terms and Conditions.
